The Betts Old Salt Series Cast Nets are a heavier, rigged with 1#+ lead per foot, style net for quicker and deeper sinking. This series is know over the years as a work horse net and are asked for by name more than any net made. Packed in a durable utility box with full “how to” instructions.
The Old Salt Series is a heavier weight cast net with clear monofilament netting best used for medium 2-8′ to moderate 3-10′ water depths. The 3/8″ mesh is good for baits in the 2″ to 5″ size.
