Description
“I soak my fillets in milk for 30 minutes. This helps reduce that “fishy smell”. It also helps tenderize the fillets.
In a pan or deep fryer, heat oil to 350°F. Take moistened fillets from milk and lightly coat with seasoning. I use a poly bag with seasoning and just shake it up!
Place in oil and fry until golden brown.
