We’ve taken a 7′ 2-piece Medium power Equalizer Spin rod and paired it up with a size 40 Optix spin reel to offer you a combo that looks good, feels good, and will help you catch some pretty nice fish.
The Equalizer rod series features sensitive IM8 blanks, full cork handles, and custom exposed blank graphite reel seats.
Optix spinning reels are loaded with features including a strong and lightweight graphite body, solid brass pinion gear, TRU-Balance rotor design, and a forged and machined aluminum spool that delivers super smooth drag runs.
