Description

The Mepps Aglia spinner, the original French design, is renowned worldwide for its versatility in catching a wide range of freshwater and some saltwater species. Size #0 (1/12 oz) is ideal for panfish like bluegills and small stream trout, best used with a light-action rod and line no heavier than six-pound-test. Sizes #1 (1/8 oz) and #2 (1/6 oz) target larger stream trout, big bluegills, sunfish, crappies, smallmouth bass, and walleye. These sizes also serve as excellent tools for teaching beginners the fundamentals of spinner fishing.
