Description

Scissors specially designed for fish tail removal, with ergonomic handles.

This decree applies to all forms of recreational sea fishing, whether on foot, from the shore, underwater or on board.
It applies in waters under French sovereignty or jurisdiction.
Specimens of fished species listed in the appendix to this decree must be marked. This marking consists of the removal of the lower part of the caudal fin.
Species concerned: Bass, Bonito, Cod, Corb, Denti, Sea bream, Swordfish, Lobster, Spiny lobster, Pollack, Leach, Mackerel, Marlin, Pagre, Scorpion fish, Sar, Sole, Thazard, Tuna, Atlantic sailfish.
