The new GX2 rod keeps the famous Clear Tip design and Ugly Tech construction, but now has stronger Ugly Tuff guides with a special PVD coating for better wear resistance and corrosion prevention. It also has a tougher, rubberized diamond EVA handle for better grip and durability, plus a new reel seat for improved hand feel and sensitivity. The GX2 comes with a 10-year warranty.
